Introduction
This Promotion (“First transfer offer March 2020” or “Promotion”) is organized and conducted by UAE Exchange Centre LLC ('UAEEC'), through its “online channel” i.e. UAEEC Website www.uaeexchange.com and/or mobile application in UAE. UAEEC may advertise the Promotion through various Digital channels viz Facebook, Twitter, Google amongst others.

Promotion Period: This Promotion shall commence on 04th March 2020 and end on 15th April 2020 (both days included) ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility for the Promotion: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Customer must:

1. Complete Twenty-One (21) years of age and have a valid UAE resident visa.
2. Complete the first ever online remittance transaction of minimum AED 1000 AED One Thousand) through UAE Exchange mobile application or website www.uaeexchange.com in the UAE within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Prize as per the categories provided below and subject to participating in the Promotion. (“Eligible Customer”).

Participation in the Promotion: To qualify for the promotion, a participant needs to make their 1st successful remittance transaction through www.uaeexchange.com or the mobile app during the Promotion Period. The value of the first single transaction should be AED 1,000 (AED One Thousand) or more.

If the participant has done a transaction through the same account before, his/her entry will not qualify for the promotion.

Promotion prize:
The prize of the Promotion (“Prize” or “Desertcart Voucher”) is voucher from Desertcart UAE (https://www.desertcart.ae/). The value of the Prize is subject to its category as following:

*Desert cart New customer: Customer who have never completed a purchase through website (https://www.desertcart.ae/) or app.

**Desert cart Existing customer: Customer who have completed a purchase through website (https://www.desertcart.ae/) or app.

About the Prize:
The Prize will be sent to the registered email of the Eligible Customers within Thirty (30) working days of completing a successful transaction.

The Prize will be non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full. The Prize will be subject to the terms and conditions of Desertcart, UAE.

UAE Exchange reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and the receipt email of the winning transaction at the time of claiming the prizes.

Complaints:
For any further clarification and complaints, please write to us at support.services@uaeexchange.com with “First transfer offer March 2020” in the subject line. Such complaints will be responded within Seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Miscellaneous
The Promotion eligibility will be based on a successful credit transaction made by the customer through https://www.uaeexchange.com and/or the UAE Exchange mobile application in UAE.

All valid transactions need to be initiated & completed within the Promotion Period.

Cancelled, returned or void transactions will not be eligible for the Promotion. Both account credit & cash payout transfers are eligible.

Customers availing any other promotion, except First Transaction Promotion, are not eligible for this Promotion.

If a transaction is made to a bank within UAE, such transaction will not be eligible for the Promotion.

The validity of an entry to the Promotion will be at the sole discretion of UAE Exchange. UAE Exchange reserves the exclusive right to deny entry to any Eligible Customer on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.

If a transaction is cancelled/unsuccessful or if a transaction is found to be fraudulent, UAE Exchange will withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Eligible Customer.

UAE Exchange makes no representations or warranties. The decision and declaration of qualified Eligible Customers will be at the sole discretion of UAE Exchange.

UAE Exchange reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Eligible Customer shall be bound by such changes. UAE Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever.

Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion.

The decision of UAE Exchange with regard to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion will be final and legally binding on all the Eligible Customer.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each winner agrees that UAE Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner.

UAE Exchange employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible for the draw.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

UAE Exchange shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Eligible Customers resulting from participating in the Promotion.

UAE Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
