Introduction
This Promotion (“UK First transfer Special offer”, “Promotion”) is organized and conducted by UAE Exchange Centre LLC ('UAEEC'), through its online channel i.e. UAEEC Website www.uaeexchange.com and/or mobile application in UAE. UAEEC may advertise about the Promotion through various Digital channels viz Facebook, Twitter, Google amongst others.
Promotion Period:
This Promotion shall commence on 21st December 2019 and end on 20th January 2020 (both days included) ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility for the Promotion
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Customer must:
- Complete Twenty One years of age and have a valid UAE visa.
- Complete first ever online remittance transaction to the United Kingdom (Sending currency AED to currency GBP only) through UAE Exchange mobile application or website www.uaeexchange.com in the UAE within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Prize and subject to participating in the Promotion.(“Eligible Customer”)
- The value remitted to the United Kingdom from UAE should be AED 5000 or more (excluding transfer fees).
- Should not have done any online transfer before the promotion period.
Promotion prize:The prize of the Promotion (“Prize” or “You got a gift (YGAG) Voucher”) is AED 100 shopping voucher for every AED 5000 customer transfers online to the United Kingdom (sending currency AED to currency GBP only) in the Promotion Period.

About the Prize:
The Prize can be used at any of the brands mentioned on theYouGotAGift website.

The Prize will be non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full.
The Prize will be sent to the registered email of the Eligible Customers by 31st January 2020.
Complaints:
For any further clarification and complaints, please write to us at support.services@uaeexchange.com with "The UK First transfer Special Offer Promotion" in the subject line. Such complaints will be responded within Seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Miscellaneous
The Promotion eligibility will be based on a successful credit transaction madeby the customer through www.uaeexchange.com and/or the UAE Exchange mobile application in UAE.
Customer can earn a Prize for a maximum value of AED 1000 only for this Promotion.
All valid transactions need to be initiated & completed within the Promotion Period.
Cancelled, returned or void transactions will not be eligible for the Promotion. Both account credit & cash payout transfers are eligible.
Customers availing any other promotion, except First Transaction Promotion, are not eligible for this Promotion.
If a transaction is made to a bank within UAE, such transaction will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Only valid online transactions remitted from currency AED to currency GBP within the Promotion Period will be considered.
The validity of an entry to the Promotion will be at the sole discretion of UAE Exchange. UAE Exchange reserves the exclusive right to deny entry to any Eligible Customer on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
If a transaction is cancelled/unsuccessful or if a transaction is found to be fraudulent, UAE Exchange will withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Eligible Customer.
UAE Exchange makes no representations or warranties. The decision and declaration of qualified Eligible Customers will be at the sole discretion of UAE Exchange.

UAE Exchange reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Eligible Customer shall be bound by such changes. UAE Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever.
Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion.
The decision of UAE Exchange with regard to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion will be final and legally binding on all the Eligible Customer.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
UAE Exchange shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Eligible Customers resulting from participating in the Promotion.
UAE Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
