These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and the terms and conditions of Xpress Money Online(UK) ("XMOTerms and Conditions") found at https://www.xpressmoneyonline.com/termsconditions.html shall govern this Promotion. Participant by participating in the Promotion agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions and XMO Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to the residents of United Kingdom only, who have completed eighteen (18) years of age ("Participant") at the time of participation, during the Promotion Period. You are not eligible for the promotion if you have done a money transfer through either www.money2anywhere.com or www.xpressmoneyonline.com in the past.
2. Duration: UAEEX-UK can end the promotion anytime without giving any prior notice.
3. Participation and Redemption: The offer is valid on the user’s 1st transfer through this service. The minimum value of the transfer needs to be £100. Everyone eligible can participate in the Promotion by performing a remittance transaction of minimum £100 through the Website and the transaction must be completed by crediting the beneficiary to whom the remittance has been made ("Qualifying Transaction"). Participants who have performed a Qualifying Transaction via www.xpressmoneyonline.com during the Promotion Period will electronically receive a "£10 Amazon gift voucher". The voucher will be sent within 20 working days of the transaction getting credited to the beneficiary.
4. Any user who has previously sent money through the website will not qualify for the voucher.
5. The Participant shall not be entitled to get more than one voucher during the Promotion Period. The Participant may redeem the "£10 Amazon gift voucher" on the Amazon (UK) website ("Amazon Website") found at https://www.amazon.co.uk. The "£10 Amazon gift voucher" can only be used for a single purchase/transaction on the Amazon Website and will be subject to its terms and conditions.
6. Fraud: The validity of a participation to the Promotion shall be the sole discretion of UAEEX-UK. UAEEX-UK reserves the exclusive right to deny participation to any Participant on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
7. Contact: In the event Participant does not receive the £10 Amazon gift voucher within 20 working days from the date of the credit of the Transaction, the Participant must notify UAEEX-UK via call at +44 8000 698 885 or email to customer.service@uk.xpressmoneyonline.com . No claim by the Participant regarding non-receipt of £10 Amazon gift voucher from UAEEX-UK will be entertained after 30 working days of the transfer being credited.
8. Representations & Warranties and Limitations: UAEEX-UK makes no representations or warranties regarding the merchantability, fitness or quality of a product purchased using £10 Amazon gift voucher on the Amazon Website. The £10 Amazon gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full. UAEEX-UK reserves the absolute right to offer an alternative model of equal or greater value to the Promotion Participants. The Amazon £10 gift voucher shall be sent to the Participants subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes / formalities in connection with the Promotion and on submission of all necessary documents / papers as required by UAEEX-UK.
9. Validity: The "£10 Amazon gift voucher" shall be valid until 9/11/2026.
10. Advertisement: UAEEX-UK may publish the Participants' photos in any media for present/future, marketing and publicity purposes. Participants agree that, participating in the Promotion amounts to the consent of the Participant for such use of personal information of the Participant. The Participant hereby agrees that they shall not make any monetary or other claim against UAEEX-UK for the use of the entry/photos/information personal and or any other data contributed by the Participant.
11. Amendment: UAEEX-UK reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Participant shall be bound by such changes. UAEEX-UK reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.
12. Disqualification: Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant in the Promotion. UAEEX-UK reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at its absolute discretion. The decision of UAEEX-UK with regard to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the Participants. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In such case, UAEEX-UK shall not be liable to provide £10 Amazon gift voucher or any loss or damage to the Participant.
13. Claims and Liability: UAEEX-UK shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities related to or arising from the £10 Amazon gift voucher items it provides to the Participant, including without limitation any claims or liabilities concerning the delivery of the 10 GBP Amazon gift voucher or loss or injury suffered by the Participant and/or third parties as a result of usage or intended usage of any such 10 GBP Amazon gift voucher item.
14. Limitation of Liability: UAEEX-UK shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Participant resulting from participating in the Promotion. Without limitation, UAEEX-UK is not liable to any Participant, for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense regardless of whether the same arose from negligence or otherwise of UAEEX-UK, and regardless of whether UAEEX-UK has any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
15. Force Majeure: UAEEX-UK shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
16. Applicable Laws: All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of United Kingdom and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of England, United Kingdom.
