SEND AND SPEND PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This 'Send and Spend' promotion ("Promotion") is organized and conducted by UAE Exchange Australia Pty Ltd. ('UAEEX'), for users conducting their 1st online remittance transactions on its Money Transfer website www.money2anywhere.com ("Website"). This Promotion is organized and conducted by UAEEX as part of its brand promotion activity. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") together with the terms and conditions of money2anywhere-(Australia) ("M2A Terms and Conditions") shall govern this Promotion. Participant, by participating in the Promotion agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions and M2A Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all, who are residents of Australia only and who have completed eighteen (18) years of age ("Participant") at the time of participation of registering on the website.
  • Participation and Redemption: Participants doing their 1st remittance transaction on www.money2anywhere.com where the transfer amount is $100 or more will receive the voucher. The transaction must be completed by getting credited to the beneficiary to whom the remittance has been made ("Qualifying Transaction"). Participants who have performed a Qualifying Transaction via www.money2anywhere.com during the Promotion Period will receive a "$25 Coles Gift voucher" through email within 20 working days of the transaction. The voucher will be sent to the registered email address. Only one Qualifying Transaction per Participant shall be eligible for the Promotion during the Promotion Period. The Participant shall not be entitled to get more than one voucher. The $100 minimum value needs to be transferred in the first and a single transaction only.
  • Fraud: The validity of participation to the Promotion shall be the sole discretion of UAEEX. UAEEX reserves the exclusive right to deny participation to any Participant on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
  • Contact: In the event, the Participant does not receive the Voucher within 20 working days from the date of Qualifying Transaction, the Participant must notify UAEEX at +61-1800060595 or email to customer.service@au.money2anywhere.com. No claim by the Participant regarding non-receipt of Voucher from UAEEX will be entertained after 45 working days of the Qualifying Transaction.
  • Representations, Warranties and Limitations: UAEEX makes no representations or warranties regarding the merchantability, fitness or quality of a product purchased using the Voucher on the Coles Website. The Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed in part or full. UAEEX reserves the absolute right to offer an alternative model of equal or greater value to the Promotion Participants. The Voucher shall be sent to the Participants subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes / formalities in connection with the Promotion and on submission of all necessary documents/papers as required by UAEEX.
  • Validity: The Voucher validity is valid till 3rd August 2019.
  • Permits: Wherever applicable, the Promoter is conducting the Promotion under a registered Trade Promotion permit in the Applicable Territory.
  • Advertisement: UAEEX may publish the Participants' photos in any media for present/future, marketing and publicity purposes. Participants agree that, participating in the Promotion amounts to the consent of the Participant for such use of personal information of the Participant. The Participant hereby agrees that they shall not make any monetary or other claim against UAEEX for the use of the entry/photos/information personal and or any other data contributed by the Participant.
  • Amendment: UAEEX reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Participant shall be bound by such changes. UAEEX reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.
  • Disqualification: Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant in the Promotion. UAEEX reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at its absolute discretion. The decision of UAEEX with regards to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the Participants. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In such case, UAEEX shall not be liable to provide Voucher or any loss or damage to the Participant.
  • Claims and Liability: UAEEX shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities related to or arising from the Voucher items it provides to the Participant, including without limitation any claims or liabilities concerning the delivery of the Voucher or loss or injury suffered by the Participant and/or third parties as a result of usage or intended usage of any such Voucher.
  • Limitation of Liability: UAEEX shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Participant resulting from participating in the Promotion. Without limitation, UAEEX is not liable to any Participant, for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense regardless of whether the same arose from negligence or otherwise of UAEEX, and regardless of whether UAEEX has any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
  • Force Majeure: UAEEX shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
  • Applicable Laws: All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of Australia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of Sydney, Australia.
  • Feedback: For any further clarification and complaints, please write to us at customer.service@au.money2anywhere.com with 'Send and Spend' in the subject line. Such complaints received shall be handled and responded within Ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint from the aggrieved Participant.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Coles Gift Card: Any ancillary costs, if any, associated with redeeming the Voucher are not included in this Promotion. For the detailed terms and conditions of Voucher please visit giftcards.com.au/Gift-Card-Terms-of-Use.aspx.
  • Coles Group: This Promotion is managed by the Promoter and is in no way endorsed or supported by Coles Group or any of the participating stores.
  • Prizes cannot be claimed by third parties.
  • In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with this Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any directions given under relevant state regulation.
  • If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to faults attributable to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any direction given under relevant state regulation.
