This promotion is organised and conducted by Qatar UAE Exchange (‘UAEEC’), online on UAEEC Website https://qa.uaeexchange.com as part of its brand promotion activity. UAEEC shall advertise about the promotion on various social media channels viz Facebook, Twitter, Google among others, through which the Participant(s) can enter in to the Promotion.
The Promotion is open to residents of Qatar only and who have completed eighteen (18) years of age (“Participant”) at the time of participation, during the “Promotion Period”. Participant must have registered with UAEEC via https://qa.uaeexchange.com. The employees or agents of UAEEC and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion either directly or through other individuals.
This Promotion shall commence on 29th November 2016 and close on 15th January 2017 (“Promotion Period”). No Promotion entries shall be permitted after the Promotion Period. The Transact and win promotion will be based on the first successful credited transaction made by the Participant via https://qa.uaeexchange.com
The Participant will be required to register with https://qa.uaeexchange.com by providing their Name, date of birth, Gender, Nationality, current address, email, mobile number and ID details as specified in the website.
Participants who have remitted their successful transaction via https://qa.uaeexchange.com during the Promotion Period will automatically qualify for the lucky draw.
The Participants can share the Promotion on social media.
The validity of an entry to the Promotion will be at the sole discretion of UAEEC. UAEEC reserves the exclusive right to deny entry to any Participant on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
The prizes: A total of 3 winners will be selected among the participants who have fulfilled the above rules, each participant will win cash voucher worth QAR 1000/-.
UAEEC makes no representations or warranties. The Promotional cash voucher will be non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full. UAEEC reserves the absolute right to offer an alternative model of equal or greater value to the Promotion Participants. The decision and declaration of Participants will be at the sole discretion of UAEEC. Participants are declared through weekly draw mechanism
If the Participant(s) has not responded to UAEEC communication or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of UAEEC notification, UAEEC reserves the right to withdraw the Promotional from the Participant(s) and shall pick new Participant(s) for such unclaimed prize.
UAEEC may publish the Participants’ photos in any media for present/future al, marketing and publicity purposes, subject to its Privacy Policy. Participants agree that, participating in the Promotion amounts to the consent of the Participant for such use of personal information of the Participant. The Participant hereby agrees that they shall not make any monetary or other claim against UAEEC for the use of the entry/photos/information personal and or any other data contributed by the Participant and UAEEC reserves it’s right at all times to disclose any personal information of the Participant as per its Privacy Policy. UAEEC reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period and the Participant shall be bound by such changes. UAEEC reserves the right to postpone/cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.
Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion. UAEEC reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion. The decision of UAEEC with regard to any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the Promotion will be final and legally binding on all the Participants. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In such case, UAEEC shall not be liable to provide Amazon 10 GBP gift card or any loss or damage to the Participant.
UAEEC shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities related to or arising from the Promotion Amazon 10 GBP gift card items it provides the Participant, including without limitation any claims or liabilities concerning the delivery of the Promotion Amazon 10 GBP gift card or loss or injury suffered by the Participant and/or third parties as a result of usage or intended usage of any such Promotion Amazon 10 GBP gift card item.
UAEEC shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Participant resulting from the participating in the Promotion. Without limitation, UAEEC is not liable to any Participant, for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense regardless of whether the same arose from negligence or otherwise of UAEEC , and regardless of whether UAEEC has any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
UAEEC shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of United Kingdom and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of England, United Kingdom.
