The remittance major perfectly understands that talent only can take the brand forward. Hence it misses no opportunity to spot, identify and invest in real talent. Towards this UAE Exchange participates in all major talent hunting initiatives like job fairs. In May, two such opportunities showed up. The first one was a job fair by Petra University on 30th April, 2014 with 1200 students and 50 companies participating in it. The second opportunity was the University of Jordan job fair on 11th May, 2014, where over 1000 students participated along with 40 companies. The global money transferrer participated in both the events and setl the platform for the potential talent to experience a global culture.
