Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized and conducted by the management of UAE EXCHANGE UK Ltd (‘UAEEX UK’) with its office at 14-15, Carlisle Street, Soho Square, London W1D 3BS as part of its brand promotion activity.
2. This Promotion shall commence from 22nd June, 2015 and end on 21st July, 2015, (“Promotion Period”). No Promotion entries shall be permitted after Promotion Period.
3. This Promotion is open to all residents of UK who have completed Eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation in the Promotion. However, employees or agents of UAEEX UK and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion either directly or indirectly through other individuals.
4. All customers (“Customers”) who make valid and completed (i) Send and Receive Transactions through UAEEX UK branches and online through its Money2Anywhere website(“Online”) (ii) Xpress Money send and receive transactions both through UAEEX UK branches and Online and (iii) registered customers of UAEEX UK carrying out retail currency exchange transactions during the Promotion Period (iv) Western Union Send and Receive Transactions through UAEEX UK branches (v) Gold loan issuance transactions through UAEEX UK branches during the Promotion Period(“Qualifying Transactions”) will automatically get qualified for the lucky draw.
5. To be eligible for the draw, Qualifying Transactions should be processed by UAEX UK in its branches as well as Online during the Promotion Period by receipt of full payment from the Customers. For Qualifying Transactions that are processed at UAEX UK branches full payment should be received from the Customers within close of business hours of those respective branches for that particular day and for Qualifying Transactions that are processed Online, full payment should be received from the Customers within 1700hrs of that particular day that the transaction takes place.
6. The lucky draw for the Promotion shall be an electronic draw conducted on 22nd July 2015 during which a total of 20(Twenty) lucky winners (“Winners”) shall be selected. There shall be one entry per customer.
7. The Winners will be intimated through email and/or telephone call (at the provided contact details) about the Promotion Prize that they have won. The Winners will also be announced or published through UAEEX UK website www.uaeexchange.com/gbr on the same day. All reasonable efforts will be taken by UAEEX UK to intimate the Winners. No claim by the Promotion Prize Winner regarding non-receipt of timely information from UAEEX UK will be entertained in this regard. For this purpose, the contact details furnished by the Customer shall be considered as proper and accurate.
8. Each lucky Winner shall be given one (1) High Street Gift Voucher worth £ 100 (‘Promotion Prize’) which can be redeemed at various outlets in UK subject to the terms and condition stated in it. The Promotion Prize will be non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full. UAEEX UK reserves the absolute right to offer the Winners, an alternative model of the Promotion Prize which is of equal or greater value. The Promotion Prize shall be given to the Winners subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes / formalities in connection with the Promotion Prize and on submission of all necessary documents / papers as required by UAEEX UK before gratifying the Winner.
9. The winner is entitled to come and collect his/her Promotion Prize at any of UAEEX UK’s branches closest to his/her location within fifteen (15) days from the date of notification of the results of the lucky draw by UAEEX UK through e-mail/phone. The decision and declaration of winners will be at the sole discretion of UAEEX UK. The winner must produce a copy of his transaction receipt along with his/her photo ID (like passport or driving license) in order to claim the Promotion Prize.
10. If the Winner could not be contacted or have not responded to UAEEX UK’s communication or does not claim the Promotion Prize within fifteen (15) days of UAEEX UK’s notification or fails to validate his/her credentials, UAEEX UK reserves the right to conduct a new draw on 22nd August, 2015 to pick new Winner(s) for such unclaimed prizes. This terms and conditions shall also apply for the new lucky draw also.
11. The information submitted by the Customer for this Promotion can be used by UAEEX UK in connection with publicizing and promoting UAEEX UK and the related brands. The Customer, by taking part in the Promotion, irrevocably authorizes UAEEX UK to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute part and or all of the entry for the purpose of publicizing UAEEX UK and/or any of its programs through printed medium, multimedia, websites and social networking medium or any other medium UAEX UK finds it appropriate to do so. The Customer hereby agree they shall not make any monetary or other claims under any applicable law against UAEEX UK for the use of the picture/statement/entry/information/personal and or any other data contributed by the Customer and UAEEX UK reserve the right at all times to disclose any personal information (as defined in its privacy policy)
12. UAEEX UK reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice at any time during the Promotion Period; all such changes will be notified through UAEEX UK branches and in the website www.uaeexchange.com/gbr and the Customer shall be bound by such changes. UAEEX UK reserves the right to postpone/ cancel the Promotion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.
13. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the Promotion. UAEEX UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion. The decision of UAEEX UK on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and legally binding on all the Customers. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In such case, UAEEX UK shall not be liable to provide Promotion Prize or any loss or damage to the Customer.
14. UAEEX UK makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Promotion Prizes offered in this Promotion.
15. UAEEX UK shall not be responsible for any claims or liabilities related to or arising from the Promotion Prize items it provides the Winner, including without limitation any claims or liabilities concerning the delivery of the Promotion Prize or loss or injury suffered by the Winner and/or third parties as a result of usage or intended usage of any such Promotion Prize item.
16. UAEEX UK shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder caused by severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
17. All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the United Kingdom.
18. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer accepts all the terms and conditions as specified above.
